Tsun On TON ($TSUN) is an entertainment-focused GameFi ecosystem and meme token operating on the TON blockchain. The $TSUN token has no intrinsic value, is not a financial instrument, and guarantees no financial return. The ecosystem is designed for community engagement and may change or be discontinued at any time.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway and applicable regulations of the European Economic Area (EEA), including alignment with MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) standards where applicable, to the extent permitted by law. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
